It all started with one woman who had a dream…..a vision…..a need! Gully Rosinkranz-McFatridge shared this dream with her sister-in-law, Hilary Rosinkranz, who captured Gully’s vision and longed for a place like Sip & Kranz in her own neighborhood. Together they built Sip & Kranz, a coffee lounge. Hilary then shared the dream with her sister, Lindsay Beall, who captured the vision and came on board to run the ship! It is an honor to work together as three sisters on something so dear to our hearts! Sip & Kranz is a coffee lounge literally for all ages…a place where adults and little ones feel at home in the same space!

The design and atmosphere of Sip & Kranz was created to feel as if you were walking into a rejuvenating Icelandic café while experiencing the coziness of the Scandinavian ways. Hilary’s husband and Gully are from Iceland and grew up in Sweden. The Rosinkranz families love experiencing the different cafes in Iceland and Stockholm, Sweden…an experience they have not found in the United States…until Sip & Kranz.
